Finished off my greaseable/oil filling pedal pin down the engineering shop just now. Works well! Grease comes out all around the bore in the pedals. Hopefully with a grease occasionally the pedal box will not wear out.
Basically the pin has a small hole bored down its length and two feed holes with teardropped exits that feed into the centre of the pedal bushes.
Held in with original circlips.
Alternator mount blasted up, you can see the area modified to allow the engine mount to slip under.
